About the role

As a Support Medewerker, you will be on the front lines, supporting our creators and fans. Your focus will be on ensuring **quality, safety, and reliability** of the platform.

You'll handle a variety of issues, from account verification and payment questions to content reviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all users.
