About F2F.com
F2F.com is a fast growing tech scale-up redefining how creators and fans connect. More than just a platform, it is a premium and dynamic community where creativity, authenticity, and safety take center stage. Our mission is to empower creators to express themselves freely and to create a space where both creators and fans feel at home. At F2F.com you work in an open and collaborative environment where ideas move fast and ownership is encouraged. We believe in learning together, sharing responsibility, and building things that truly make an impact.
About the role
As a Data Science Engineer at F2F.com, you are part of a small but impactful data team, working closely with engineers and business stakeholders to turn data into insights that shape decisions across the company.
You'll join a team of three where collaboration, flexibility and ownership go hand in hand. Some days you dive deep into analysis and visualization, other days you support teammates or step in to move things forward where it's needed most. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, but also thrives on working together in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
You are data-driven by nature, eager to learn, and comfortable in an environment where things are continuously evolving.
Your responsibilities
- Transform raw and intermediate data into analytics-ready datasets and models.
- Create feature tables, aggregates and time-based models.
- Build and contribute to predictive models, including forecasting models (revenue, traffic, market and feature influences), a creator performance index, and network analysis.
- Assist in building churn, growth and revenue models.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product and business teams.
- Help structure and improve data processes across the organization.
- Support the data team where needed and share knowledge openly.
- Translate complex data into clear and understandable insights for different stakeholders.
- Collaborate on building AI solutions for in-house and in-product use, like intent discovery.
- Contribute to establishing MLOps standards within the data team — proposing and exploring solutions, improving documentation and ways of working, and contributing to infrastructure development.
Job requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in a data-focused role.
- Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to sharing knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a scale-up environment where priorities can shift.
What we offer
- A competitive salary (€4,000–€6,000) and excellent secondary benefits.
- 24 vacation days.
- Fully paid pension plan.
- Free lunch at the office.
- NS Business Card.
- Flexible working hours (32–40 per week) and hybrid work options.
- Personal development budget of €1,000 per year.
- Gym subscription via ClassPass or a sports venue of your choice.
- Lease-a-bike scheme.
- A team where trust and collaboration are central, and where people are encouraged to contribute beyond their own role.
- A dynamic environment with different creators, users and markets, which makes the work varied and engaging.
- Room to grow, learn and take ownership while working on a continuously evolving platform.
