About the role

As a Partner Account Manager, you are responsible for expanding our commercial partnerships and structurally increasing revenue through our partner channels. You manage your own portfolio with a clear growth strategy per partner, and you act as the connecting link between partners and our internal teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage your portfolio with a clear growth strategy per partner.
  • Drive performance through data analysis and the identification of new opportunities.
  • Proactively spot risks and make timely adjustments where needed.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and set them up for success.
  • Share best practices across partners and continuously optimize collaborations.
  • Act as the connecting link between partners and internal teams.
  • Translate market insights into concrete improvements and clear reporting.

What you bring

  • Experience in account management, partnerships or channel sales.
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • An independent, proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • A clear communicator who keeps structural oversight of multiple partners and priorities.
