F2F.com is a fast-growing tech scale up that brings creators and fans together in a safe, premium, and authentic way. Our platform is a vibrant community where creativity, diversity, and user experience take center stage. We build features used daily by tens of thousands of users, and quality is always our top priority.

About the role

Are you a QA Engineer who thrives on delivering quality, scalability, and catching tricky bugs before anyone else spots them? At F2F.com, we are looking for a proactive, technically skilled, and curious QA Engineer who will help elevate our platform quality to the highest level.

As a QA Engineer, you will work in a cross functional team where you collaborate closely with developers, designers, data engineers, and support. You will play a key role in safeguarding, improving, and automating the quality of our product.

As you will be the first dedicated QA engineer the role is both fun and challenging. Creating processes from scratch and inspiring the team to enjoy the benefits of an excellent test process.

You are someone who identifies risks early, asks critical questions, and protects quality in a friendly yet clear way. You are comfortable giving feedback and enjoy a data driven, open communication style.

In addition to setting up automated processes, you will be the expert who performs critical pre-release testing from the end-user's perspective. You ensure that new features are not only technically sound but also intuitive, fluid, and bug-free to the touch before they go live.

What you bring

  • Setting up, expanding, and maintaining automated test frameworks
  • Developing and executing test plans for functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Manual and exploratory testing of pre-releases and new features, putting yourself in the user's shoes to validate the user experience and flow
  • Actively managing defects including logging, tracking, analysing, and verifying
  • Performing Root Cause Analyses to prevent repeated issues
  • Executing API tests and supporting CI/CD processes
  • Collaborating with developers, product owners, support, and design to ensure features are testable and robust
  • Clearly documenting findings, test scenarios, and reproducible bug cases
  • A sharp eye for detail in both functionality and usability
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium
  • Experience with API testing and knowledge of modern web stacks such as React and Python
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and pipelines
  • Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with designing and implementing test processes
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer
  • Experience in a high traffic web or mobile environment
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
  • Detail oriented and critical mindset
  • Proactive in identifying risks
  • Strong communicator who easily switches between disciplines
  • Problem solving, structured, and pragmatic

What we offer

  • A competitive salary (€3,500–€5,000) and excellent secondary benefits.
  • 24 vacation days.
  • Fully paid pension plan.
  • Free lunch at the office.
  • NS Business Card.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.
  • Personal development budget of €1,000 per year.
  • Gym subscription via ClassPass or a venue of your choice.

  • A small, high-trust team that values collaboration and innovation.
