About the role
As a Support Team Member, you'll be at the heart of helping both creators and fans, ensuring a high-quality experience built on safety and trust. You'll handle questions about accounts, payments, content and security, always offering clear and empathetic support — including weekend shifts and remote work where needed.
Your responsibilities
- Handle support queries via email and chat from both users and content creators.
- Deliver accurate, timely and empathetic responses to questions and issues.
- Collaborate with teammates on the resolution of complex cases.
- Communicate clearly, helpfully and humanely, even when dealing with sensitive topics.
- Maintain knowledge of platform updates and new features so you can support users effectively.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements that benefit users and the team.
What you bring
- Previous experience in online customer support.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- An independent work ethic with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a diverse, international team.
- Technical curiosity about how the platform works.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts and remotely when required.
